Customer Returns

Not Satisfied with your product? No problem! Just Email us or give us a call and we will take care of it.

1. All returns of merchandise and related credits must be authorized and processed through a J. Eck Designs customer service representative.
2. Merchandise is returnable up to 30 days from date of original invoice only. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which will be provided to you by a sales representative.
3. Special orders and customized products are NOT returnable unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
