Laser Light Designs Returns Policy
Customer Returns
Not Satisfied with your product? No problem! Just give us a call and we will take
care of it.
- All returns of merchandise and related credits must be authorized and processed through a Laser Light Designs sales representative.
- Merchandise is returnable up to 30 days from date of original invoice only. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which
will be provided to you by a sales representative.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Special orders and customized products are
NOT returnable unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
PAST DUE INVOICES
Amounts unpaid within thirty (30) days after their due date will be subject to interest at 1-1/2% per month. Laser Light Designs may defer further shipments until all past due invoices are paid in full.
Warranty:
Laser Light Designs is proud of
the quality products and services we provide. Quality products are the cornerstone
of our company and we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied. We strive to
make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect every time. Accordingly,
we warrant that at the time of shipment our products will be free from defects in
workmanship and material when used in a manner and under conditions that are consistent
with the purposes for which our products where designed. If there is a quality issue
with your order Laser Light Designs will, at customer's option, replace the defective
product or offer a full credit for the purchase price of the defective product.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is
a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made
within 30 days of receipt.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone
makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before
submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome

Contact your local Sales Representative or our Sales Support Department
at 216-333-1365 to get a Returned Material Authorization. As part of Laser Light
Designs's efforts to maintain its reputation for the highest quality products, we
require that the defective product be returned to us in new condition and in its
original packaging along with a written explanation of product's defect before a
replacement product or credit may be issued.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and
supersedes any other representations or warranties, including without limitation
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Laser Light Designs' liability under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to
the remedies set forth above. In no event shall Laser Light Designs' liability exceed
the purchase price of the product with respect to which a claim is made. In no case
will Laser Light Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive
or consequential damages (including without limitation lost revenues and lost production)
that may result from a breach of the foregoing warranty.
